LINDROS TRAINING PROGRAMS

                LINDROS offers training courses to those who are wanting to convert to or begin from the outset working with biological/organic agriculture/ biodynamic agriculture. (See the accompanying article on conversion). LINDROS offers a program of training trainers who are then in a position to transfer their acquired organic & biodynamic skills to others. Our training programs include the best of Organic, Biodynamic, Permaculture and Kyusei Farming (Effective Micro-organisms) practices. Our intention is share a wide variety of knowledge and experience so that the individual has as broad a picture as is possible that he/she can then apply this to his / her own situation. We start the training with the history of agriculture and work towards the present times so that we position ourselves in the environment in which we are working correctly. LINDROS has an aim to coach the whole person so that the decisions that are made on site are founded on the sustainability of the following:

1. Environmental sustainability

2. Social sustainability

3. Economic sustainability.
