"So long as one feeds on food from an unhealthy soil, the spirit will lack the stamina to free itself from the prison of the body". (R.S) The core focus of the days course is to offer an understanding of the influences that affect the organic grower be it in your back yard, plot or commercially. Having been involved with practically farming, gardening and teaching for over 3 decades on several continents Alan of LINDROS is willing to impart his experience with you. LINDROS hasa course registered with National Department of Labour and this workshop follows the curriculum of the course. He has written two books on Organic agriculture and your workshop accesses all this information. The workshop takes place either at the Uri-Gaia Eco Centre in Glenferness, Western Midrand (near the Leeukop Prison). or Alan will travel to site. The cost of the course including tea, lunch and a booklet as a reference document is R650.00 per participant. . Course dates are the first Thursday of each month and/or the third Saturday of each month. (A minimum of 10 participants is needed for each course.) The courses run from 9h00 to 16h30. The course caters for 10 to 25 participants and can be booked with LINDROS. LINDROS will travel to where a minimum of 10 to15 participants are located and train on site. |
